| Workshop Presenter Beth Daniels, aka Beth Henderson, J.B. Dane, is the author of 26 published novels, a number of articles about writing, and a handful of short stories. A past Golden Heart National Coordinator for RWA, she taught English Composition, Novel Writing, and Speech at two colleges for over twelve years before switching to presenting online fiction writing workshops, which she claims "are a lot more fun than composition -- mostly because the people in a workshop actually want to be there and writing!" While participation in the workshops is urged, "lurkers" are also welcome. Daniels writes a variety of things when she dons her fiction cap: historical romance, romantic-suspense, contemporary romantic comedy and recently decided to add fantasy to the list. She has worked with editors at Harlequin/Silhouette, Berkley, Zebra, Leisure, M. Evans, Aladdin and a now defunct e-book publishing house. Her titles have been translate into a dozen languages and have appeared in over twenty countries. She is, has been, or is in the process of renewing memberships with Romance Writers of America Mystery Writers of America, Sisters in Crime, Historical Novelist Society, and Children's Book Writers and Illustrators. |
